Broadcasting from NYC today after another round of interviews and before heading to DC for three more days of the same. The book has climbed to 41 on Amazon, and you can order it by clicking on the banner above. The interest in Romney is much more than I had imagined it would be this early in the campaign. Thanks to those of you who have ordered the book.
I’ll talk about Romney with Victor Davis Hanson on today’s program as Hanson’s most recent column, “Bipartisan Hypocrisy” deals with character in elected officials. I’ll also ask VDH about the blockbuster success of “The 300.” Hanson is of course an expert on the ancient Greeks, and his book A War Like No Other: How the Athenians and Spartans Fought the Peloponnesian War . MSM head-scratchers wondering about the movie’s success might want to talk with VDH. (And Hollywood, hunting for more such stories to take to the big screen, should option the new historical novel VDH is working on –or just put him on the payroll as a story consultant.)
The interview with VDH will be transcribed and posted here later tonight. I’ll aslo be talking with Austin Bay and Frank Gaffney on the early results of the surge, the Democrats’ latest attempt to demand defeat on a timetable and on General Pace’s comments on “don’t ask, don”t tell.”
