You may never have had to consider the question, “Are Small Bites Enough for Conferee Appetites?” but exhibitors do. Even when it isn’t about the food.

This is a brilliant little example of niche marketing. And if you have a line in your budget for trade shows, you will want to bookmark it.

UPDATE: Alas, it appears that this blogger is associated with Pittsburg. No doubt a Steelers’ fan. I deeply regret the link.
