Thursday, May 24, 2007  |  posted by Hugh Hewitt

The NRCC is running ads and making calls in 30 Districts represented by Democrats, which we can take to be a list of the targeted seast for 18 months hence.

Now if we only had candidates to support in each of them.  If you know of declared GOPers in any of these districts, please post their website below.

Here’s the NRCC press release:

Washington– The National Republican Congressional Committee today launched a one-week radio buy in 12 Democrat districts, drawing the direct connection between so-called moderate Members and their liberal speaker, Nancy Pelosi, and exposing the targeted Democrats’ records as out-of-step with their districts.

“Democrats have a real record that they are going to have to defend in 2008, and we are going to use every resource available to expose that record to the voters,” NRCC Communications Director Jessica Boulanger said. “Freshman Democrats have undergone an extreme makeover since arriving in Washington. They’ve been strong-armed by Speaker Pelosi into abandoning their campaign pledges, and their constituents deserve to know.”

The ads, airing on news and talk radio, drive traffic to the newly expanded website The site includes additional Democrat targets and new features such as web ads and a blog.

Radio ads began today in the following districts: Boyda (KS-02), Carney (PA-10), Donnelly (IN-02), Ellsworth (IN-08), Giffords (AZ-08),) Gillibrand (NY-20), Kagen (WI-08), Mahoney (FL-16), McNerney (CA-11), Shea-Porter (NH-01), Shuler (NC-11) and Walz (MN-01).

Additionally, the NRCC began phone calls into targeted districts, and launched an online banner ad buy on 20 conservative blogs and prominent news websites.
