From WSJ.com:

Prime Minister-designate Nouri al-Maliki said Tuesday that the main stumbling blocks to forming a new cabinet have been overcome and he expects to present his team to parliament for approval by the end of the week.

Mr. Maliki said representatives of the parties agreed on who will head “the main posts” and that “just a few” ministries remain unfilled. Discussions were still under way on the nominees for the oil, trade and transportation ministries, he said.

Celebrations to follow in the MSM? A democratically-elected, multi-ethnic, multi-sect unity government in place and in power where three years and three months ago there was a brutal dicatator with malignant ambitions and crazy sons, supported by a corrupt U.N. program –progress or not?
