If you haven’t been following the saga of the television ads defending the war and featuring Iraqi war veterans now airing on two television stations in the Twin Cities in Powerline posts beginning here, and continuing here, here, here, here, and here, then take the time to read them all. The local left is in full frenzy, and the Democrats of Minnesota are trying to get the ads pulled from the airwaves in a fine salute to the freedom of expression these veterans have fought for.

Northern Alliance Radio will cover the controversy in its 12:00 Central hour tomorrow on AM 1280 (1 PM EST), and podcast that hour later. Every media columnist in the country should be following this story, and perhaps by next week they will wake up to it now that Harry Whittington has escaped from the clutches of Halliburton.
