Many of my questions for Megan will come from my column on Townhall this morning, but perhaps the most pressing is this:  Hundreds of thousands of people have received cancellation notices from their insurers —like 300,000 Florida Blue subscribers in the Sunshine State this week.  What are they supposed to do if the exchange(s) are simply posptoned, as seems increasingly likely.
