  • Scott Pruitt does a marvelous job at EPA and is under fire for all sorts of ticky-tacky nonsense.

Therefore I propose “Schroeder’s Law Of Trump Administration Performance Measurement:”

The amount of “scandal” or other negative, largely personal, coverage given to any appointee, agency or department is exponentially related to how well that appointee, agency or department is doing at enacting a conservative agenda.
