Massacres in Syria. President Still Silent

How long will the president wait to condemn this?

Mitt Romney noted on my show yesterday that “the President should speak out against Assad…in the same way he should have spoken out in favor of the voices of dissent in Iran when they took to the streets.”

“He is remarkably silent when our most adamant foes are under attack by voices of freedom and dissent and democracy,” Romney added. “But he gets very, very active in other settings.”

The president would rather blast Paul Ryan than Bashir Assad.

UPDATE: The president finally issued a statement. Too hard to get to a camera?
