If this was a Republican senator, how much coverage would be generated and with what sort of placement?
Looking forward to the Los Angeles Times tomorrow morning.
UPDATE: There’s an AP story on the Times’ website, but I cannot find any mention of the arrest in the paper itself.
There is however a front page story titled “Powerful business group aims at Boxer.”
The paper is so ridiculous, so over-the-top left wing that it is a running joke now, not journalism. The story about the aide isn’t huge news, but it is an interesting story getting heavy play across the national media as in Politico.com, but not in the sold-out, hold-the-fort lefty warrens of the Los Angeles Times, where ink must be spilled on the defense of the Senate’s dimmest bulb, but on stories that might be seen to ridicule here.
