Out to trudge about a wonderfully quiet, snow-filled midtown Manhattan.  Much radio –including Dennis Prager’s The Happiness Hour– today and Larry Kudlow’s television show tonight.  If you missed yesterday’s chat about The Happiest Life with Mika Brezinzski and colleagues on Morning Joe, the link is here.  In the green room at Fox & Friends Wednesday I met the wonderfully energetic, enthusiastic and informative Jonathan Bailor whose new book The Calorie Myth is shooting up best seller lists.  Though I rarely cover such things on my show, Bailor came by the Mike Gallagher’s Empire State studio (which Mike is graciously permitting me to borrow while here) for yesterday’s show and generated much much positive buzz among listeners, emailers and Tribbles not to mention many Tweets.  Here’s his book:

A very fun guy who will be back, even if he fails to see the benefit of a Coke Zero and pizza addiction lifestyle.

Out to the snowy streets, but don’t forget to get your copies of The Happiest Life today.  Should be fun chatting with Dennis and Larry today as both feature in the book as examples of various practices associated with The Happiest  Life.

And if you missed it, here is my conversation with Mark Steyn yesterday, focusing on the new regime in NYC, and my chat with Mediatie’s Noah Rothman, and part of yesterday’s interview with Ben Smith of Buzzfeed.
Now, into the snow….
