In the green room at Fox & Friends Wednesday I met the wonderfully energetic, enthusiastic and informative Jonathan Bailor whose new book The Calorie Myth is shooting up best seller lists. Though I rarely cover such things on my show, Bailor came by the Mike Gallagher’s Empire State studio (which Mike is graciously permitting me to borrow while here) for yesterday’s show and generated much much positive buzz among listeners, emailers and Tribbles not to mention many Tweets.
