Well, that was interesting.
Concern has to be for Tijuana and other densely populated areas just south of the border. Having been there to an orphanage supported by my church a few times, the construction standards are closer to haiti's than Chile's.
Hopefully the good folk at Amor Ministries are all ok. This is the season for many church groups to be on short-term missions in the region.
