The amazing mission the Navy is performing in the relief it is supplying to Haiti
is a wonderful thing and a great source of pride for Americans.
Are we building enough ships to sustain a Navy capable of performing such missions while also providing for the common defense?
I will ask Congressman Rob Wittman, from Virginia's 1rst District --which includes Newport News--on today's show. He's co-chair of the House shipbuilding caucus and a member of the House Armed Services Committee.
