Ken Blackwell is the former Ohio Secretary of State and mayor of Cincinnati who lost the race for the Buckeye governorship in 2006. Had Ohio put Blackwell in the statehouse then it wouldn’t be in such bad shape as it is today, waiting for John Kasich to arrive and begin the rescue.
