This is another horrific story out of Mexico, and the growing instability there is a challenge to the president and his foreign policy team, the Department of Homeland Security and of course domestic law enforcement.
Try KSM before a military tribunal at Gitmo and spend the $200 million slated to defray the costs of the trial on helping Mexico bring order out of its increasing chaos.
